Nothing is more important for us than your order arriving on time. We are currently running on time which means all orders that are placed are shipped the next day latest

IMPORTANT COVID 19 DELAYS

Due to COVID_19, parcels are facing huge delays with limited flights and social distancing. Depending on your location, we ask for your patience on the arrival of your parcel, unfortunately these delays are completely out of our hands at the moment, but we are doing our best to get your products to you as quick as we can. 

Please note that all major couriers companies are now relaying on contact less drop offs, therefore it is extremely important that you provide accurate details for your address to avoid any lost parcels. In all cases, the courier companies will provide a proof of delivery (photo of where the parcel was left). Unfortunately we can not take responsibility if the parcel has been left in an incorrect address or unsecured location.

Christmas Cut off times

Will my parcel make it for Christmas?

Whether you’re sending Magbrix to Brisbane or Magblox to Cairo, we’ve got your delivery covered. While the working year is slowing down, the parcel delivery season is speeding up.

We recommend you send your parcels by these dates to make sure they end up under the tree in time for Christmas.

You MUST place your order on the following dates:

DOMESTIC:

Deliveries to or from WA, North Queensland, and remote areas by the 2nd of December

Deliveries to interstate metro areas or same state regional areas by the 14th of December 

Deliveries to and from Sydney metro area by 17th of December

INTERNATIONAL

New Zealand by the 15th of December

Canada by the 25th of November

United States  by 2nd of December

United Kingdom by the 11th of December

Rest of the World by the 2nd of December

CURRENCY & PAYMENT

All prices shown on MAGBLOX® online store are in Australian dollars (AUD). All payments are billed in AUD. Currency conversions are set by your bank and any charges further to this are not charged by MAGBLOX®. If applicable, they will be charged by your bank.

All prices are inclusive of GST for Australian customers.  MAGBLOX® offers the following payment options: Pay Pal, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, MasterCard and MasterCard Debit. The charges for any transactions made on the site are only debited from your card once the checkout process is complete.

DELIVERY TIMES

AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

Deliveries will be posted Monday-Friday during business hours. Purchases made over weekends or public holidays will generally be processed over the next 1-2 business days.

For Australian residents delivery time will take 2-3 business days, for New Zealand residents it will take between 4-6 working days.

During peak times and sales periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed (thank you for your patience!).

MAGBLOX® recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, as we do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Once dispatched, delivery times are outside our control. However, from the moment of dispatch, we will inform you of your parcel's departure via email, which will also include tracking information that will allow you to monitor the progress of delivery so you can better anticipate its arrival.

Please note that estimated delivery times can vary based on where you live, particularly over peak seasons such as Christmas. Each of our carriers has their own definition of what constitutes time of dispatch, a working day or transit times. Most of our orders have an automatic signature on the delivery assigned. Orders sent by courier are unable to be shipped to PO Boxes. If you have provided a PO Box delivery address and your order will be sent by courier, we will contact you to discuss alternate delivery options. 

If you need your order before a specific time or date and are unsure whether your order will arrive in time, please contact us or leave a note during the checkout process so we can clearly see when the order is required. We promise to do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Please note that there may be additional shipping charges for express delivery.

REST OF THE WORLD (DHL EXPRESS SERVICE)

Delivery times can vary based on location, but generally take between 10 and 15 working days with standard shipping. We organise dispatches on the same day orders are processed during business hours (6am to 6pm Monday to Friday). If your order comes through after 6pm, we organise dispatch the following day.

Depending of your location and payment option you selected, we use both Australian post and DHL services.

During peak times (like Christmas) and sale periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed (thank you for your patience!).

Once dispatched, delivery times are outside our control. However, from the moment of dispatch, we will inform you of your parcel's departure via email, which will also include tracking information that will allow you to monitor the progress of delivery so you can better anticipate its arrival.

Please be advised for overseas purchases that once the item enters you country, you may be liable for customs clearance and this is not covered in your shipping or product pricing and these fees need to be covered by you.

ONLINE RETURN AND EXCHANGES

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of the date you receive your item/s. 

  • Products  must  be returned in original condition and not scratches or marks on them

  • MAGBLOX® will not cover returns Nationally or Internationally

  • Products on sale are not eligible for refunds on change of mind purchases.

  • Full priced products are eligible for a refund, exchange or MAGBLOX® ONLINE credit note. 

PLEASE NOTE: All returns and exchanges will only be authorised once our Quality Control has corroborated the condition of the product to be returned.  This refund policy applies only to purchases made on the site www.magblox.com.au

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Be aware that you cover the parcel's return costs. Take the parcel to any post office and return it to MAGBLOX® using a shipping service that includes parcel tracking.

Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel. Please pack your parcel carefully as damage incurred in transit will result in your refund request being denied.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, we are unable to refund these charges. Only the cost of the item(s) purchased will be refunded.

Please allow 14 days for return/exchange processing. We will notify you via email when the process is complete.

WARRANTY

At MAGBLOX®, we never want a faulty product. Unfortunately, this may happen from time to time. Our products come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. If you do experience a fault or defect with your product, please contact MAGBLOX® immediately for assistance.
