Refund policy

ONLINE RETURN AND EXCHANGES (also applicable to stockists)

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of the date you received your item/s. 

  • Products  must  be returned in original condition and not scratches or marks on them

  • MAGBLOX® will not cover returns Nationally or Internationally

  • Products on sale are not eligible for refund on change of mind purchases.

  • Full priced products are eligible for a refund, exchange or MAGBLOX® ONLINE credit note. 

PLEASE NOTE: All returns and exchanges will only be authorized once our Quality Control has corroborated the condition of the product to be returned.  This refund policy applies only to purchases made on the site www.magblox.com.au

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Be aware that you cover the parcel's return costs. Take the parcel to any post office and return it to MAGBLOX® using a shipping service that includes parcel tracking.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel. Please pack your parcel carefully as damage incurred in transit will result in your refund request being denied.  Get in touch with us for more information.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, we are unable to refund these charges. Only the cost of the item(s) purchased will be refunded.

Please allow 14 days for return/exchange processing. We will notify you via email when the process is complete..

WARRANTY

We are well known for the quality and service we offer at Magblox as we work to produce sustainable products and always try our best to maintain high standards for quality control. However, from time to time, human error can happen and things may slip at time of production, assembly or packaging. But please rest assure that we are always here to listen and willing to help you to resolve this matter on case by case basis.

FAULT AND DAMAGE

If you consider you have recieved a faulty or damaged product within the first 30 days of your purchase, our return policy applies inmediately and we will take care to ensure you recieve a new set from our end and take care to retrieve the faulty one, all covered by Magblox.

This however, does not apply if these faults or damage are the result of:

  • Use of incorrect cleaning products
  • Misuse
  • Abuse or neglect
  • Lack of proper storage

But if this is not the case, please send an email to sales@magblox.com.au and provide all general details including:

  • Your name
  • Email
  • Home Address
  • Order number or name of store you purchased your product from
  • Provide photos/videos of faults or damage

Please allow up to 48 hours for your enquiry to be proccesed and deal with by our customer service team.

If replacements / exchanges or returns are being conducted due to Magblox sending out the wrong item or a faulty or damaged item, Magblox will cover all shipping costs involved.

If after our evaluation, warranty has been breached due to the issues mentioned above, the cost for shipping and return of faulty units will be covered by you.

Any shipping for replacement units will also have to be covered by you, in this scenario, the flat rate of $12.00 AUD applies if you are in Australia. Overseas shipping will vary from country to country.
