Nothing is more important for us that your order arrives in time. We are currently running in time that means all orders that are placed are shipped the next day latest

All prices shown on MAGBLOX® online store are in Australian dollars (AUD). All payments are billed in AUD. Currency conversions are set by your bank and any charges further to this are not charged by MAGBLOX®. If applicable, they will be charged by your bank.

All prices are inclusive of GST for Australian customers. MAGBLOX® offers the following payments options: Pay Pal, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, MasterCard and MasterCard Debit. The charges for any transactions made on this site are only debited from your card once the Checkout process is complete.

Deliveries are posted Monday-Friday during business hours. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed over the next 1-2 business days.

For Australian residents, delivery time will take 2-3 business days, for New Zealand residents will take between 4-6 working days.

During peak times and sale periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed (thank you for your patience!).

MAGBLOX® recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, as we do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages and we won't replace or refound money due to this matter.

Once dispatched, delivery times are outside our control. However, from the moment of dispatch, we will inform you of your parcel's departure via email, which will also include tracking information that will allow you to monitor the progress of delivery so you can better anticipate its arrival.

Please note, that estimated delivery times can vary based on where you live and particularly over peak seasons such as Christmas. Each of our carriers has their own definition of what constitutes time of dispatch, a working day or transit times. Most of our orders have an automatic signature on delivery assigned. Orders sent by courier are unable to be shipped to PO Boxes. If you have provided a PO Box delivery address and your order will be sent by courier, we will contact you to discuss alternate delivery options.

REST OF THE WORLD (DHL EXPRESS SERVICE)

Delivery times can vary based on location, but generally takes between 10 to 15 working days with standard shipping. We organise dispatch on the same day order is processed, during business hours (6am to 6pm Monday to Friday). If your order comes through after 6pm, we organise dispatch the following day.

During peak times (like Christmas) and sale periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed (thank you for your patience!).
