The “Shadows” template encourages curiosity, visual thinking, and trial and error. It’s a puzzle where kids must decide which shapes would work best together to re-create the mystery creature. It is also a lesson in comprehension, as kids can take hints from the surrounding illustrations to identify the context of the scene and work out which animal they are building!
